Step 2: Component Procurement
We source PCB boards, electronic components, and assembly materials per your BOM. Every incoming component undergoes strict LCR testing and visual inspection to verify authenticity and specification compliance.
Step 3: PCB Fabrication
In-house bare board creation through advanced etching, layering, and drilling processes. We fabricate just the quantity you ordered, with no minimum panel requirements. Multiple finish options available.
Step 4: SMT & THT Assembly
12 fully automated SMT lines with quick-changeover capability handle component placement with ±25μm accuracy. Automatic wave soldering processes through-hole components. Programmable soldering robots provide precision selective soldering for mixed-technology boards. Quick-changeover makes small batches economically viable.
